With so many options in the area for storage it can be overwhelming but Kate was great and was able to get me exactly what I needed in the price range I was looking for.

Storage World, and specifically the manager Kate has been very good to me and my contents. I just recently moved cross country from Los Angeles to my home state PA and am staying temporarily with family as I adjust to my job transfer and familiar yet changed surroundings; I haven’t settled into my own PA residence just yet. With storage space scarce these days I contacted Kate over the phone months before the planned move and shared my needs; she was able to secure me what was necessary at first, and within a month we were able to downsize my contents to an even smaller unit as my needs (and Storage World’s availability)changed.
The facility is remote, clean, climate controlled and monitored with daily presence by the team. I feel safe.
When I wanted to downsize, Kate provided a nearby unit suggestion within days and a Storage World cargo van on premise to rent (equipped with a hand truck and moving blankets) to aid me. She also offered suggestions on how to get manpower to assist me.
I am deeply grateful for Kate’s flexibility and thorough care/management; she is always going that step above and beyond.
