Stretch Ur Dollar Moving

Had a move scheduled, no movers showed on move day, incredibly frustrating. However Ben did call and apologize profusely for the mix up.

Used this company back in November they failed to load the truck properly so we had to rent our own additional uhaul truck to load the last bit, I was given an amount that the move would cost which was not accurate because they in fact charge by the hour, the tried to almost double what they quoted us, we had several things damaged during the move and it is now April and I am still waiting on a refund for damages even though the requested damage repairs have been provided months ago so frustrating to deal with a company that is shady. I will say they did offer to refund a small portion of the actual moving cost but that is the only thing they have come through on and that didn't even cover the cost of the additional moving truck. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have since merged with another company who still after a month have not gotten back to us on this entire matter..

I used to love this company until today. Today is my day to move and the owner cancelled my move. The movers called at 11 am granted my move wasn't until 1:00 pm. They told me if I. Wasn't ready I need to find another moving company. Huh??? Is this the same professional company I used last year? Two young men appeared at my door. Did not ID themselves nor did they have the shirt on. Then come in telling what they are and aren't going to move!!! Like he was spending his own money! Of course the owner backed the mover who was totally out of place and unprofessional. It was no the professional company I used twice in 30 days. The movers were more interested in overcharging instead of doing what he was hired to do and that is to put his hand on these boxes and MOVE them!

LOVE this company and will recommend them highly. The cost was VERY reasonable and the service was high dollar. Joshua, Mitch and Will were extremely professional and went the extra mile in moving our office and warehouse, even though it was during a snowstorm. You can't go wrong with this company! Their bid was less than HALF of what other companies quoted!

After calling about 20 moving companies I decided to go with Stretch Ur Dollar Moving. A couple of my main reasons for choosing them was because of their hourly rate being competitive, they don’t charge extra for a truck fee, they don’t charge for supplies such as shrink wrap, and if you go over the 2 hour minimum they charge extra every 15 minutes instead of paying for a full hour.
