Strong Arms in a Truck

Fantastic company. Guys worked hard and were extremely courteous.

Recently hired them for a small move in Buckhead. I never hired a moving company before and wasn't fond of the idea of paying someone hourly to work but these guys came with a purpose! They were quick and careful and cared about my time AND my property! The girl explained everything clearly before hand and the guys were great to be around. Would definitely work with them again.

I scheduled a move with Strong Arm and they showed up 2hrs late. The only thing I needed them for was to load the stuff from my garage into the moving truck that I already had and then put that stuff and the rest of the content of the truck into a storage unit. They were charging me $100 and hour for this by the way. Everytime i walked outside they were sitting in their truck claiming to be done. But when I would look in the garage there was still stuff left to get. I even came out at one point and they were checking their oil in there truck that they bought. A truck by which I didn't need AND they ended up charging me for. Apparently im paying them to use a truck i didnt need and to check their oil.. They broke so many of my things, things that can't be replaced.. They didn't pack my unit professionally at all. All of my things were just thrown in so poorly i was forced to purchase another unit. It took them 6 hours to load stuff from a garage and unload into what went from 1 to 2 units. NOW the cherry on the cake!! I had my moving money that was to pay them and to pay for my new place after clearance, in a red planner.. My planner ended up missing! I never left the house with it. It was sitting on the counter by all of the things that were going in the car. I called my mother who was still at the house to ask her to pull out the money for payment. She then informed me that she could not find my planner. When I informed management about what had occurred, I was told that someone else must have broken my things and for my planner, I must have misplaced it and regardless, they needed to be paid. One thing can be said about this place.. They choose the right name for their "business". Strong Arm Movers is undercover for strong arm robbery! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! GO WITH LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!! Oh and enjoy my pic because they can't deny them..
