If there was a 10 stars option I would give it. I don't often write reviews, the service provided either has to be deplorably bad or extremely excellent for me to bother. I am very glad to say these guys are most definitely the latter. I have been using Suburban solutions for a few years now and used them for 3 big relocations and a long term storage. Their service is second to none. I'll admit I'm not always easy to please but Brian & his crew always seem to work around your requests and needs. I found them to be reliable, attentive, quick to respond and also offer suggestions and options you may not have considered. I really never encountered any problems at all. The way I figure, moving is stressful enough by itself, last thing you need is questionable or mediocre service. Stick with these guys you won't have a problem.

Suburban solutions is the best moving company I've ever worked with. Isaiah, Jeff, and Marshall moved a big two bedroom apartment for us in 3 hours flat. Super efficient and really professional. I'd highly recommend using them!

Not at all happy! I usually use another company but because of the current Pandemic, they were close. I went with this company and the price I paid for 3.5 hours with this company, is the exact same price I paid with the last company for 7 hours of work. The supposed military discount didn’t even create a dent in my moving bill and damaging my wall, the manager offered me $60 as if my wall doesn’t have to be repainted and completely refinished. They damaged my wall in my brand new townhome and now more recently, I have realized they damaged other parts of my bedroom furniture. I won’t be using this company again. I give them a 3 because they were fast and punctual but next time, I will ensure I use my original company.

The two guys that came over were very friendly, professional, and great! Made my move super easy and the email was well informed and everything was laid out in front of me so I could see all costs.

Excellent service from start to finish with Suburban Solutions. Service was from a move from the Midwest to DC area. Getting the initial quote and confirmation was done over email and easy, clear, and fair. The actual movers were great. They were on-time at both origin and destination. All furniture was secured and padded well, so there were no damages. The move-in/move-out time was faster than expected. Would definitely recommend!
