Excellent experience with two moves. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Emails were ignored as well as messages left after calls were not answered. Took weeks to get feedback from customer service. Made a report on personal items being destroyed just to be denied because "Mechanical and Electronic devices have an indeterminable service life and are susceptible to parts failure at any time."

Joaquin Guzman was amazing. He explained the entire process and all of our options. The move team was spectacular. Very detailed and very respectful of our neighbors and apartment building. Their thorough process helped us to feel at ease with a big move. Would 100% use this company in the future.

Services all the way around were great on our household move. Thanks to Curt and Cesar and the whole team involved. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent attention to details, very reassuring during the process, and very professional in all aspects of the move. I would DEFINITELY choose Suddath & United again for another cross-country move. I especially liked that the moving quote was given and held to with no surprises at the end for any "misc" expenses like some moving companies can pull on you.
