I recently had to manage a move for my company office in Coral Cables, FL. We chose Suddath as our move and decommission (of old space) vendor. Their quote was very competitive. The sales person was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. I planned on it taking until about 10pm and we were all done by 730pm. The crew was great. Our delivery was three hours late, causing us to incur hundreds of dollars in unneeded expenses with our staff waiting around. No one at Suddath took responsibility for this mistake or offered any kind of resolution to keep our business.
