Sure Load Moving

I was in a bind and needed movers fast to help relocate my entire house from a storage facility to my new home in Mount Pleasant. Sure Load was able to add me to their calendar the same week (the only company I called that could do that!), and agreed to move our 7-foot Grand Piano as part of the move as well. The guys who came out were courteous, worked hard and fast and nothing at all was damaged or broken, which is a first for me when moving. I also had the pleasure to work with James and Eric at the home office on some items ancillary to the move, and they were very helpful, listened to my needs and came back to me with a very satisfactory response. If you're looking for a good quality mover in Charleston, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys for a quote.

I have used Sure Load twice now, and both times have been extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. Team Leader Scott helped me this weekend, and I was so impressed not only with his politeness and willingness to go above and beyond, but he arrived early and had my entire bedroom packed up before his partner arrived to help! He could've hung out in the truck and waited, but dug in and got the job done quickly by making the most of our time. What a polite, professional, motivated leader you have working for Sure Load! Excellent move and service! We WILL be using their service for our next move. The guys were on time and really seemed to care about doing the job right. They were friendly, did a great job, and had a great attitude even though it was 3rd floor to 3rd floor. Ralph was really helpful and his recommendation for an extra guy was spot on! Thank you for delivering those boxes! My wife and I really appreciated it.

Sure Load Moving is simply the best moving company in Charleston. We've moved both short and long distances before, and have never had an experience this amazing. I reached out to Ralph @ Sure Load and he scheduled a time to come to our house (for free) to see just how much stuff we had. He went out of his way to make sure that the estimate he was going to give us was accurate, and took into account our high value and "sensitive-to-move" items. Did you know a front load washer requires some simple prep to avoid damage? I didn't! Ralph provided us with a quote on the spot which was very reasonable, and included his team wrapping our furniture to prevent damage. Move day came and we were well prepared for what was going to happen as it was all previously explained to us. The Sure Load team, all professional, clean and friendly folks, showed up as promised and efficiently yet carefully wrapped our furniture and loaded our items into the truck. In my previous experiences, the people who come aren't the most professional. This group of 3 were polite and diligent. I really can't find anything to criticize. After loading, we went to our new house and they unloaded in the same professional and efficient manner. Unloading goes a lot faster because the prep work (wrapping furniture, etc.) was already done. They placed the furniture and our things where we asked them to. It was the little things like placing the outdoor mats and making sure they didn't track dirt from outside into our new home that really stood out to me. At the end, there were no surprises. The final bill amount fell right in the range that was provided to us. This is something that has never happened to us in any other move! The final price was always a lot more than what was originally quoted. We're ecstatic with this organization all around. From Ralph's first visit, to the pre-move customer service call, to the movers themselves, and the execution and final bill. You will be hard pressed to find another moving company that does this - and I'm typically very critical. Do yourself a favor and call Sure Load!
