Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Gave me a 3 hour window of arrival and they were over 2 hours late for the end of the window. Called every single number you could possibly find on the web and previous correspondence but never heard back. Emailed their only listed website and 72 hours later Google informed me the email did not exist. I ended up rallying my friends and moving myself. After all the voicemails we left we never heard back for an apology let alone the $200 deposit we left. Any review better than 1 star for this company is either paid for or done by a family member. Pay for better quality! They took advantage of a desperate family during a pandemic. Shameful! Their company has been reported to local public officials.

Looks like the reviews aren’t that great but to be honest, I’ve used 4 different moving company’s in 3 years and used SVJ 3 times now. Compared to what’s out there using craigslist and searching locally. The guys there are polite, honest about their schedule, and reasonable with price. I’ve used them to move a piano across 3 states and 4 other moves (multiple in a day). I can’t complain because I’ve had movers that would scratch by stuff or weren’t careful on the job.

The prices are extremely affordable. No, one size fits all pricing. Very punctual and nice. Very efficient and fast. I would use them again. Thank you gentlemen for an excellent experience

Things were missing and broken. They showed up 4 hours late. They added hours to their delivery time. It took them an extra 45 minutes to get to my new place. They said there was an accident. I checked, nope. And as they unpacked the one guy kept getting in my face for a tip. He wanted me to give them $50 each. That didn't happen. I've called and there was no response and it's been over a week. If I could give less than a star I would. Don't hire these guys ever.

SVJ gave me a quote I could live with, as my money is really tight right now, but they arrived when promised and moved my items to the new location in an hour. Very efficient and courteous, and I was quite impressed.
