I just got off of the phone with a representative named Ray. He was VERY disrespectful and rude. Every time I tried to ask a question he would interrupt me and told me “don’t worry”. One of my relatives used this company and stated they didn’t accommodate her furniture when she clearly stated how much she had. So I addressed my concerns to Ray and informed him the amount of stuff I had. I wanted to ensure that the movers are trained and tried to set a date. As I was confirming all of my concerns, Ray continued to interrupt me and talk over me saying “we know what we are doing, we have a good size truck and trained movers”. If this is how you treat customers BEFORE scheduling the move then I sure am glad I didn’t book them. POA: You’re in customer service, learn how to listen to your customers needs versus telling them what you think is good for them. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk!

I have moved several times and have used several different moving companies but this company is by far the best! They were so quick! Moved my entire apartment in under 3 hours! I didn’t have to help or move a muscle. The two movers were fast, professional, and efficient. Definitely use this company on your next move! I have them saved in my phone now for future use for family and friends as “Best movers.”
