Fantastic moving service! Texas Top Movers did an outstanding job with my long-distance move. My household goods and furniture were meticulously wrapped and boxed. And all our items arrived at our new location in tip top shape. definitely the best of the best!!

We have moved 6 times, and this was BY FAR the WORST experience. The crew was so late, it delayed our departure by a day. We were expecting a semi, (from our conversation with the sales people on the phone) and what they sent was a Budget Rental truck. According to the driver, the truck will hold 1650 Cu Ft. Our quote was for over 1800 Cu Ft. Plus, the "lead" guy made me super stressed because he said we had way more stuff than was listed. So he had me start pointing out items that could be left behind if it wouldn't fit on the truck. In the end, they crammed it all on the truck. On delivery, 3 out of our 6 dining room chairs were broken beyond repair, and some other minor damages. Not a big deal, this has happened before when we moved, and the moving company took care of it. I contacted the office for a claim form, and they will not return our calls or emails. Also on loading day, we called the office about our concerns as it was happening (6 times) and they would not return our calls. On delivery, our driver put an ad on Craig's List (or something similar) to quickly find additional help unloading the truck. (Doesn't seem safe). They were nice enough guys, but couldn't even put a bed frame together. We had to not only help unload the truck after an exhausting long distance move, but then also put beds together and tables together because our movers were so inexperienced. I could go on. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
