I scheduled my move weeks ago, confirmed several times and was completely transparent about my starting point out of state. The crew made two trips from the truck to my apartment and then abandoned me because I started the trip from out of state. The owner was condescending and completely unhelpful.

Went from being able to complete right away, then got a call 10 minutes later saying wouldn't be able to complete for months if at all. Terrible customer service

Recommend them highly especially to older people. Was extremely anxious that I would be taken advantage of. Instead this crew of three was on time, professional, carefully taking care of the wood furniture I feared so much for, They even did a bit more, affixing the furniture pads that were necessary for my new apartment's floor. Only concern is the fact that they charge $3 for each box moved
