The Best Brothers Moving, Inc

This was the worst moving experience we ever had. We moved 5 times across states with different moving companies and we never encountered such a bad service. This time we were moving to a house 10 mins away from where we lived. We called and told them exactly how much furniture and boxes we have and they gave us an estimate for 3-4 hours which sounded reasonable for the amount of furniture we have and this was the average time it took for our previous moves.They sent us a small truck which definelty won’t fit all our furniture and 3 movers. They had to make 2 trips to move all our stuff and we were helping carrying with them and putting boxes in our cars. It took them 12 hours to complete the job! They scratched our furniture and broke the door hinge. They were complaining the whole time of how heavy the furniture is although a lot of our stuff was from ikea! They left a queen size ikea bed in our new house garage saying that they won’t take it upstairs as they were afraid to nick the walls and they won’t dissemble it as ikea furniture is complicated! Of course they charged us 3 times the estimate they gave us as it took them 12 hours! We ended getting 2 guys and paying them to take the bed upstairs. It literally took those 2 guys less than 5 mins to take it upstairs! This is the worst moving company. I do not recommend them at all.

They replied very quickly to our request, within an hour. Very nice on the phone. Guys were great. They took care with our stuff and were very thorough. Truck was clean. Very efficient. Would definately use them again.

Driver tried to charge me more than double the quote and left me stranded. Very unprofessional and he came in with an attitude to start. Btw at least 2 of the reviews on here work at the company.

I have used many different moving companies in last 15 years, and I could say, that The Best Brothers Moving is really the best. I would recommend it to all my friends.

They are fantastic! And When I say that I mean it. They moved me from fort myers to New jersy 2 years ago and now they moved me from New Jersey to New Jersey. Reasonable price for quality and friendly stuff! I will recommend them to everyone.
