I booked my move in this weekend with this moving company on Monday, they just called me on Thursday afternoon and cancel the reservation without any compensation!

The movers were great! They came well prepared, were fast, and not too rough on the furniture. Definitely recommend.

They were very professional and accommodated our requests. They might be slightly more expensive than others but are worth the money.

The moving service is awesome! From first quote to finish moving, everything is so smooth. I just had Great Wall moving my stuffs from San Ramon to San Francisco on 9/24/18 for one bedroom. The price is the same as I asked Lily and very reasonable. The communication and confirmation is so clear and easy. They are very on time at the day. Mr. Bian and the other gentleman (I think is Mr. Wan) is so fast and carefully wrapped our furniture with their plastic wraps and cotton big wraps. They have every tool prepared to help us packed into boxes. They moved our stuffs carefully. At the same time, they moved so fast that won't waste our time and money. Because the service count by time. They will write down from what time they start moving until what time they finish, and I need to sign for it. They don't cheat for time. I love it! And the final price is what we've agreed on and the price is so reasonable. We're so happy about it. Highly recommended this Great Wall moving! I will definitely use them again when next time I move.

We have used them twice in our family in past 6 months. They are fantastic! Great prices, on time to start, very QUICK with their packing and unloading. They are a great company!
