The One Move

We just finished our Long Distance move with One Move. They were amazing! We contacted them just a few weeks before and they were extremely responsive. They gave a completely reasonable quote and then confirmed a few days before move day. The pick up went so smoothly! Armando and his team showed up early, got right to work, and packed everything extremely well. They were efficient and friendly. We had 3 guys which made it go even faster and while we went a little longer than their estimate, there were no hidden fees and it was a very fair price at the end compared to what we had been quoted elsewhere. They delivery everything today and I was so impressed with their ability and how cautiously they handled all my furniture. I never thought moving from Bay Area to LA would be so easy, I’m very thankful for this guys. We will absolutely recommend and use them again if needed in the future!

Efficient and Careful! I was very impressed, from the beginning to the end. Customer service is AMAZING, Fran was super professional and very caring, answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful advice. The team that made the moving, David, Sergio and Emerson, were super professional, fast and VERY careful with everything. Those people really know what they are doing and they enjoy their job, always with a smile and super polite. I recommend and if I need to move again I'll definitely gonna chose One Move!

I had the opportunity to work with Armando, Pablo and Paul for my move. They were fast and professional. The called ahead more than 15 minutes in advanced to give me time to get to the packing location. They had equipment to make unloading fast (a collapsible ramp to go up the curb, tape to make the correct apartment). Price was fair. Response time was quick: every time I called to talk to dispatch, I did not have to wait on hold for too long.
