Very professional when we moved in early January. The crew did everything possible to make sure we had a good experience, including ensuring that we had everything placed where we wanted it before they left and even offering to help move some furniture that was left in the new house that we wanted in different places. They were fast and careful - nothing was damaged. The cost was even less than what was estimated. Very happy and would recommend Power Movers.

I would use them again. The verified with me the day before. They called when they were on their way. Both movers were professional, friendly and they finished in records time. I actually paid less than what was quoted. They took care with our possessions, placed blankets at the door ways to prevent marks and were very careful with the furniture.

Highly recommend. As someone who has moved many times, I feel qualified to give this review. Power Movers is top notch. The crew was the absolute most professional I’ve ever worked with. If you move, this is the company you want helping you!

"Bait and Switch" .... First, I'll say that I've moved a dozen times in the last 25 years all with professional firms and this crew (Tyler, Harry and the crew) were by-far the best and hardest working crew we've ever had. They were extremely professional and careful throughout the whole move. My issue is that at the end of the move I was charged 67% higher than what was estimated by the owner Jeremy. This ended up being substantially higher than the next competitor that quoted the job. I understood that it was just an estimate, but to be almost double the cost is simply incompetence on the estimation. Jeremy walked the house in detail and I gave him all the specifications on the last move we did 2 years ago. This was in no way a reflection of how hard the crew worked ... it was just a low-ball estimate of the time needed. When I contacted Jeremy to see if he would do anything to offset his failed estimate, the comment I received back was "We strive to create an estimate that comes close to the actual job cost, however, the estimate is just that - an estimate. Additional items, trips to and from, and even weather can affect the final bill, which is why our documents - both the estimate and the move order - state that original estimates amounts may change." .... as I read his response, all I heard was 'tough-luck, I've got your money now" So, if you want an extremely professional mover with no idea how much it will cost you until the last box is taken off the truck, go with Power Movers. If you want someone to stick to their estimate .... call someone else!

Jeremy and his team did an excellent job packing and moving us. They were very professional and took great care of our belongings and moved some very delicate items. The entire move was a success without any items damaged or lost. Overall, it was a very professional job and they were all very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend them.
