This Side Up Moving LLC-MI

Got a call a few hours before scheduled move appointment and was told there would be a delay due to weather and I understand and asked to be kept up to date on the status. I got a text from the owner saying they are at the office and cleaning off the trucks. After several more hours go by I text and call the owner with no response. I call the business line and was told that they would call me back shortly. That was 2 hours ago and still nothing from them. Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Imagine the excitement of moving into a new home. Then imagine the feeling you get once the moving company doesn't show up. This is what my family had to go through. I had my entire place in boxes ready to go. The house was upside down and they did not show up. I became concerned about one hour after the scheduled appointment, so I reached out to them (they didn't call me first). The excuse I got was that they were having truck problems. Okay, I tired to understand. No big deal. If the truck broke, then they can rent one...Wrong. Three hours later I got a call from the owner apologizing that he forgot about the appointment and forgot to put it in his calendar. It was a horrible experience. I ended up using another moving company the next day because this side up lost my trust. No family should have to go through what we went through. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. ps I wouldn't have left this review if the company was honest with me from the beginning and didn't lie about the truck being broken.

I would recommend this company to anyone. We had to move furniture and these guys were awesome. Very professional, prompt, helpful, and affordable! Would contact them for all of my needs in the future!

Talk about great customer service!!! These guys had it all. Very time efficient, very helpful, and very professional. They wrapped up all the furniture that needed to be wrapped up. They made sure to take care of our furniture as if it was theirs. These guys showed up and didn’t waste any time. I highly recommend this side up for any and all of your moving needs. Service is one thing a lot of businesses lack. Not in this case. I cannot thank you guys enough. Looks like no back pain for me.
