Tlc Moving & Storage, Stoneham MA

This review is about a cross country move (2700 miles) for a 2 BR apartment with lots of fragile furniture. TLC is the best moving company we've ever used. Communication leading up to the move was great. Florin and his team showed up on time, moved fast and wrapped/ treated our furniture with tons of care. Florin himself drove all of our stuff across the country and showed up earlier than he had anticipated, which was great for us (he communicated his progress to us along the way so we were prepared). He unloaded everything on his own and got it done in 3 hours. The quote was spot on and our furniture (and fragile kitchenwares) arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will use them again if we move back to Boston!

Movers were excellent! ​TLC Moving did an amazing job! Took great care of all belongings asked us if we needed anything, polite, great manners, men always smiling, great work ethic. If you ever need movers this is the company. There was nothing bad to say about this company, great service on time and professional. I called a lot of companies and I'm glad I went with them. I'll recommend TLC Moving to anybody.

I contacted about 4 other companies before I found TLC. They were the first to get back to me. The only other company to respond took a while and I was on a time frame as I promised the people who took over my place that I was going to be out of the apartment a week before September 1st to be able to avoid the craziness. They gave me the best price around. The other companies gave me at least a few hundred dollars extra on the estimate. I moved from Brighton and I had to drop off my stuff at two different places (one at the new place and the other stuff were going to storage). Throughout the process, they communicated quickly via email. All of my questions were answered, and I felt comfortable going ahead with them. On they day of the move, they maintained contact with me by phone to give me any updates on their ETA. They were supposed to come to Brighton at 10 and at 9:45 they showed up at my door. They supplied boxes and helped me pack - specifically, I needed help with packing my dishes and glasses. They packed everything soooo fast; I was still working on my stuff. I had a full bedroom set and it wasn't a problem for them to take it down piece by piece and wrap everything up without any scratches. They also packed all my clothes in wardrobe boxes, as they mentioned to me over the phone. They did it so much faster than I could have done it. They also provided storage space for me for much cheaper than any storage companies around. It was about $20 cheaper but who doesn't love a deal??!! Definitely call them and you will recommend them to all of your friends!! I was very happy with the company from the second I contacted them - I wish I didn't waste any time on the other companies!!
