Had a 5 star experience until we unloaded the truck and discovered furniture destroyed by massive weight stacked on top of it. The owner does not stand behind their work and refused to try and offer any resolution. Time and time again my wife was reassured that "we are moving professionals, we do this all the time". The crew was polite nice and easy to work with. But I'll never understand why they decided to overload the furniture. We hired them to load the truck for cross country transit, there was no confusion about where it was going. So if you're hiring them for labor, know that they do not warranty their work for safe transit unless you hire them to drive the truck. A disappointing end to what we thought was a good job. Freight company will not cover the loss due to "poor packing "

I have used Todd several times - for a long distance move and for several smaller local moves. They are fantastic!
