Movers DID NOT SHOW UP on moving day!!!! Do not use this company. Very unreliable. Imagine all your possessions packed up and you're ready to move but the movers never show up and never call!!! I have a signed contract for the move, I called a week prior to the scheduled move to confirm and at that point they increased their quote by $300.00. Next, they called me the night before and gave me a two hour window for arrival of the company. This was strange since my move would take the entire day. The next morning, moving day, I'm waiting two hours and finally call them to get their time of arrival. They haven't left yet, have no truck, and didn't bother to call me! They told me they could move me four days later and that's the best they could do. No explanation. No apology.

This was my first time hiring movers and I must admit that I was very skeptical because I've heard horror stories about items being damaged and companies ripping people off. I am very happy I went with Top Class Moving company because they got everything done very fast and the guys were very polite and professional. I informed Antonio that I needed them to be extra careful with my furniture since it wasn't cheap and it would need to be hauled up 3 flights of stairs and they definitely took time (but not too much) to make sure everything arrived safely at its destination and without a scratch! Will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody who needs an awesome moving service!!!

We have used your company four times before and this was, by far, the best experience we've ever had. We cannot say enough good things about this crew of Ali and Gustavo. Absolutely the best! Courteous and always helpful. Worked quickly but never at the expense of our furniture. We would ask for them specifically in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Top Class Moving Company. The movers called me 15 minutes before my scheduled start time to say they were on their way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and began to assess the move. They did not start the clock until they had finished assessing what had to be done. They were courteous and efficient. No time was wasted, and they carefully wrapped and packed my furniture. I was very pleased that they were able to stay within their moving estimated time for my move. I feel I received very good value for the price. I would definitely recommend Top Class Moving Company to others.

Just moved in yesterday. After our move my wife and I were both thinking the same thing - we need to thank our new friends in writing. THANK YOU so much – Jose, Josillito, Eddie, and Ricky. I would totally recommend them and I will recommend them for sure. My wife has nicknamed them the "THE GREAT FOUR.' Also we want to convey that wet truly appreciate the transparency from Booth directly - prior to our move as well as during. Oh yeah one more important thing, their moving rate is very affordable.
