Tote Moving And Delivery

Where should I start? This move was the worst experience I've had in over 15 moves I've had in my life! I thought I chose a reputable company after speaking with the owner. He stated they move high end furniture at the Mart all the time. If this is true I'm not a believer after the manner my furniture was treated and how disrespectful his staff was the whole time. I am now left with many scratches and torn fabrics. My furniture was custom so not easy to have replaced or repaired. I purchased the insurance they offer and that was nothing but a scam. The owner came out to my new location during the move since I called and stated his workers were mistreating my furniture. They were not using furniture blankets nor plastic wrap. It was too late at this point. The damage was done. I tried to speak with him regarding a claim and he put me off to his so called manager that has never reached out as he said she would. I even ask for a copy of the insurance policy, they would not provide one. I think the insurance is a scam to add on additional fees and not stand behind. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Tote delivery was available on short notice with reasonable pricing. The owner Zac responded to my request promptly. The crew were on time, professional & completed the job in a timely matter. I would recommend using them if you're looking for a moving company to hire.

3rd time using Tote within 2 years and still just as impressed. John, Lemont and Marquise showed up on time, ready to go. They work efficiently and hard but also carefully. We were amazed at how quick they were able to wrap furniture, organize and pack the truck. They also took my king bed apart and rebuilt it at the house which was an amazing help. Not one thing was damaged. When I got the estimate it was for 5 hours of work which I thought was about right. They ended up finishing in 3 hrs! They’re a fun, upbeat and skilled moving team which makes a huge difference- it turned into a pretty fun day instead of a stressful one like most moves. Request John and his team! (Although I’m sure all of the guys are great).

I refer Tote to all of my residents. Zak comes with a whole certified team of people and get the job done efficiently. You will be spoiled after using Tote to pack up your old stuff and into the new one. You won't want to move anything yourself ever again.
