Transit Moving Systems and their team were great. They were on time, organized, and moved our downsized home to a second-floor apartment efficiently. They quickly investigated when I could not find items that it turned out I had packed in a different place than I thought! It wasn’t the least expensive bid, but we chose them on a referral from a friend and she was so right! Great experience. Thanks.

Just had Transit Moving Systems, help us move large items/furniture from one house to another. They were punctual, polite and patient. They set to work right away and were careful with all of our belonging. The pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend moving pros in Houston, TX, USA

i hired this company for a move from Houston to Virginia . I paid a higher price than any other company only because i was hoping that these people will do a great job based on their reputation and their online stars . Now i have to give them this credit,Time wise they were accurate . However , they called me a day before arriving and requested me to be available the whole day the day after, without knowing what time they will be arriving here.Now considering i have to book the loading dock in advance in my building and only for few hours , i managed to get a 2-5pm slot available. the driver gets here that day at 12 pm and expected the loading dock to be available and they even tried to charge me more for the wait but they were unsuccessful. after unloading the items , i realized my PS3 was missing My bar was broken , my TV Had two black lines across the full screen , my recliner was broken . While communicating with them , they weren't as nice as when i was calling to book them for the move. One of the agents has litterally hung up the phone on me when i told her she should make an effort and inquire if my lost item has been left in the warehouse or the truck . All they had to tell me is to claim it and there is nothing they can do about it . They didn't even try to inquire or find the missing item ,perhaps (stolen ). the claim gets done with a complete different Party , an insurance company that will reimburse 0,6 cent per LB . SO, it doesn't matter how valuable your item is or even if it has been stolen , you only getting almost half a dollar per LB for that item weight, depends how heavy it is. Not to forget that this process will take between 90-120 days . I would recommend anyone using a moving company to purchase a full value insurance . I would not recommend using this company because it is expensive and they are not any better than the cheaper ones, i still got my items damaged and lost . bilel
