I scheduled this company two weeks in advance and verified their service the day before my move. They never showed up and I never heard from the person I was originally in contact with. This forced me to find a last minute service and pay more than I originally would have. This was not appreciated and made for a stressful day and major delay on my moving schedule.

I just hired TransMovers for a move today and these guys were Fantastic! They showed up on time and got to work. They worked steadily until everything was loaded, and did the same when unloading. They put everything where I asked when unloading, and were professional the entire time. This is not my first time hiring movers. From my experience with movers, I would say this company ranks in the top tier of movers in this area. I have them stored in my phone and I will be calling them first the next time I need to move.

First! I would like to say RUN.., do not walk! This is the worst experience of my entire existence of living! It has never taken me more than 2-3 hours to move my apartment. It took Transmovers 9 hours to move from uptown to downtown Dallas to be exact .8 miles away. They arrived in the morning and we paid to rent the freight elevator until 5 PM. At 3 PM when we realized we were cutting it close we expressed our concern and the owner literally shrugged his shoulders at me! (Shoulders up shoulders down) immediately my sister and I started helping his movers in fear of missing the deadline. The owner Omar stood there and watched as we scrambled to get the items on the truck. He had no problem constantly reminding us that it’s not his fault we only requested two people. He’s not on the clock we’re not paying for him so… ( shrugs shoulders again) He was too busy taking photos from the balcony, texting, talking on the phone, and staring at my sisters breasts to help..... So pretty much it is none of his concern how fast his workers are going or if we make the cut off. They did one bedroom in about 20 minutes but it took 4 more hours to do one more bedroom with 1/2 the boxes???? We arrived at the loading dock at 4:20 and the security officer reminded us that the dock needs to be closed at 5 PM! Everything needs to be removed from the truck and the truck needs to be out of the dock before then! Our verbal agreement was they will move us and after we will pay them. When we arrived at the second location he told us he will not release our furniture until he receives payment. We have 40 minutes to get everything off the truck but a weasel will always be a weasel!! I told him sir I will pay you please help us get these items off the truck before they close the dock. He said No!!!! We would not get our possessions until we pay and he approximated that it would take three more hours so we needed to pay him $850 right then or he would leave with our possessions! I forgot a very important part I begged my little sister, 18 years old, to come and help us. We Ubered her from Fort Worth Texas, to help us move. So, now they’re 3 girls and three men threatening us in a dark loading dock! We had no choice but to comply. At 5PM the security officer let us know he would stay until the truck was unloaded. I thanked him and offered him $40 to show my gratitude he refused the money because he saw how deplorable we were being treated. At 7:37 PM the owner, Omar requested another tentative hour that needed to be paid before they would bring The rest of my sisters things up the elevator. I began to ask him why he was doing this, and that we had an agreement. My sister said don’t argue and she paid him another hundred dollars. $950 later my furniture is thrown into my apartment with my bed in 6 pieces.. three of my items are damaged and I haven’t even opened any of my boxes yet!! He knew exactly what he was doing, extremely calculated and as you will see with other reviews on Yelp this is his norm!! It is an absolute shame that he chooses to do this to a bunch of girls! The whole time he’s talking so nasty about us in Spanish. Little did he know I’m not completely fluent but I could understand just fine! I am a woman in my 30’s and I have never felt so threatened, violated, and helpless in my entire life! Do not use Transmovers LLC

This has to be the WORST MOVERS in dallas !!! Of course if I could give them a -5 stars I would! I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years using movers each time but never have I ever had such a horrendous experience!! They showed up on time if not early nocked out one room in 20 minutes which was great but then took 4 hours to get us out of the apartment!! We had a 5 hour window to get it all out and into the next apartment which was one mile away. At 3 hours in my sister and I started helping to speed things up, at that point we could see the extremity of slowness! We had reserved locked elevators on our floor for our use only!! We have done this many times before, took about 3 hours maybe four. These guys took 9 hours!!! After they moved it into the truck and got to the location The owner held our stuff hostage until we paid!! Said they would take it if we didn’t!! The security guard at the dock which was held up waiting for us was a witness to this! The supervisor/owner spent the whole time in our apartment looking at our view which was better than him staring at my breast I had to quickly put on extra clothes to cover up because he could not keep his eyes off my chest! This is the most horrific experience of the year!! To take nine hours to move what normally took 3 is robbery! Do not use these movers! I have not touched on how extremely rude the owner is! I hope this helps save somebody else!
