Everyone was very helpful over the phone with estimates and information for my fiance and I. The movers, Bernard, Derrick, and Miles were incredibly friendly, careful, and fast. When we move in the future they will definitely be our first choice.

These guys Alphonjo, Kendall, Justin just moved my wife and I to Asheville, NC in the pouring snow and did a fantastic job. Everything was cared for as if it were their own things. David and his brother did amazing job walking us through the process and explaining how it would work. I want to thank everyone at Tri-City Movers for the great job and planning and ease of our move. Wish you Guys the best. They said they would show up at a certain time and was early and was amazing to work with. Thank you Paul & Colleen

I would have been delighted to give 4 stars but I will admit I had a couple of disappointments. First, one of the movers kept having to use the bathroom which held up the 2 other movers thereby, adding to my bill. While I understand the need to do what comes natural at times, I feel in my paying for a 3 person hourly rate...incessant bathroom breaks should not be tolerated by your company. Additionally, I waited at my final destination for the movers to arrive so I could let them through the gate. Although we all left point A together, it took them 24 minutes to arrive after me because they had to stop and get drinks and use the bathroom (again) at a convenience store on the way. Finally, I am unable to put my daughters bed back together because they left the slats on their truck. I called to let Miles know and am still waiting to hear back. They worked hard and did a good job overall. I'm just dissapointed that I had to pay for things that weren't related to the move itself.

Here's the Cliff Notes version: take your business elsewhere. We used Tri City Movers for our move. The crew was quick and efficient and did a good job. While unpacking we noticed some items were missing (approx $500 value). We waited three weeks before contacting the movers as we wanted to be sure the items weren't somewhere in the house or previous residence. We called the operations manager (Dave) to discuss our concern. Unfortunately the response was a denial of any responsibility and a firm assertion that he was not going to accuse his crew, stated early in the conversation. What is most disturbing is the reaction of Tri City Movers to our missing items. There was no effort made to address our concern and instead the response was heated with repeated claims of the conversation being recorded. We indicated that we will file a police report. The response to this was a police report will not do anything.

Experience was excellent and Professional!!. They worked quickly and efficiently to get me moved in a timely manner. Ryan, KD, and Mike. These guys were top notch and they didn't let my monster armoire run them away! They took the "headache" out of this move. Thanks for a great experience!!!
