I am so grateful to this company for helping my daughter and my grandchildren to move out of state, we thought a lot about what we would do because she has very heavy furniture, thanks to TRIG who did everything for us, they are very professional

Now that we are starting summer, my daughter and I wanted to move to Miami and enjoy more time together, I spoke to many moving companies but none offered me the time I needed to deliver my things to my new home, until I found TRIG MOVING, very friendly and professional in 3 days I had all my things at home and without any damage, I recommend them

I was told 9-14 business days, my stuff did not show up until a month later!I called about every other day for 2 weeks to try and get an estimate where my belongings were and each day they told me the same answer: they could not get in touch with the driver. I was hung up on multiple times by the receptionist Victor, he would call me back and apologize but on the day I asked to speak to a manager because no one had gotten in touch with the driver.....for 2 weeks... and he hung up on me again, did not call back and then ignored my phone call for a half hour, when he promised me on the phone he was there til 5, closing time, and he would get me InTouch with someone. Then of course after they closed and my call was ignored for a half hour I got an email stating that the truck had broken down. When my delivery did show up, multiple items were broken but the driver stated if I packaged it up they were not responsible. It was only the driver who showed up, so me and my husband had to help unload the truck and bring everything inside. I understand things happen, but the amount of unprofessionalism from this company is not worth it. They did not have the decency to just tell me the truth instead of giving me the run around, for 2 WEEKS! Not worth the money considering multiple things were broken, tables and desks had scratches on them, even though THEY wrapped it up, and me and my husband unloaded the truck. Again I understand somethings break during a move, but 1 desk ruined, another desk with scratches all over it. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and use any other company than this one.

I want to publicize the beautiful experience I had with the TRIG team, I have a lot of old furniture and they were transported with great care, I have received all my things and none was damaged, thank you all for your work

We had an absolute flawless move! Jason, Ron, Jeromy and Neal ROCKED!! They handled our furniture with kid gloves. Put everything in place just as we asked and were 4 of the nicest guys we ever met. Melissa handled all our paperwork and kept us informed. We moved long distance and we couldn’t match their pricing! Thanks TRG!!
