Stole half our house/damaged a bunch of appliances furniture. Calling Better Business Bureau, also calling the IRS, since they wanted CASH only and no receipt given.

Poor service. When I called to get mynex balance they gave me someone else's bill when questioned about it the lady laughed at me. Then said she would call me with the correct amount which she never did. I had to call again the next day. Would not use again
