Used Two Men and a Truck to move in April 2020. Our movers John and Josh were great, they moved everything with efficiency and care, and went the extra mile to move some challenging pieces they handled with care and ease. Can't say enough positive about them.

If you are looking for movers to move you last minute, during a pandemic, and don't care about overpaying or having your antique furniture broken, these are the people to call. Due to the current pandemic, our previous movers had canceled on us last minute. We had already moved our smaller items, and we just needed help moving our larger furniture, including family heirlooms. They said that they would arrive at 8AM, but really arrived closer to 9AM, somehow still charging us with a start time at 8:15AM. We were told that it would take 3-5 hours maximum to move us, but they took from about 9:15AM until around 3:30PM. As the name states, two men with a truck showed up. But, they appeared to be woefully unprepared, as they kept saying "this isn't my [regular] truck, I don't have this item... I'll have to call someone to bring it". I get being upset and leaving items in one vehicle over another, especially if it is your regular vehicle. However, it was a pretty common and well used tool that they kept complaining about in particular (I believe it was a type of wrench, I cannot properly recall the name). The "new" truck should have come equipped with the proper tools, or they should have done a check to make sure that they had all their tools before setting off. Additionally, they kept forgetting to pack up some of the items. I had to keep asking if there were any issues, because they would start to move the washer, but then leave it so to move a dresser. They even started to close up the truck when I mentioned that a bicycle was still left behind. Thankfully they found space otherwise we wouldn't have been able to move it. They did mention that we needed a new plugin for the washer and dryer set (needed a three prong to a four prong attachment), and graciously finished unpacking everywhere else while I went out to get the piece. To which I am grateful; for not only mentioning the needed piece, but for still working and setting up the set after I retrieved the attachment. In all, I would not recommend these movers. I work in real estate and I am the child of a veteran military officer. Movers should not be this unprepared, take so long to move only furniture, and damage your property along the way. An antique dresser from 1922 was broken from their mishandling, and various walls were scratched from moving furniture. The walls I'm not too concerned about, as a magic eraser can easily help; but the dresser will be expensive to fix, nevertheless replace, if the damage turns out to be more extensive then I can assess. It was supposed to be a relatively simple move, and it ended up being more complicated then necessary, and we had to pay like it was a full regular move. Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere. It isn't worth the headache.

2 men showed up, 1 appeared to be hungover. They were paid to pack and load my kitchen, and load furniture, appliances and boxes. Worst packing job I've ever seen, plus he completely skipped two drawers of bakeware and never told me. They worked 3 hours over the estimate, and never touched the garage! By the time the stuff was placed in storage, it was late and getting dark. Checked storage the next day, and immediately saw damage to my baby changing station/dresser leg. Took photos, and immediately sent an email. I received credit for 1 hour of service due to the missed items in the kitchen ($135), but the response about the insured furniture was this: Good morning, I have spoken to our operations manager. Since we have already refunded the $ 135.00 to your account and you were moved into storage we will not be covering anything else. It is corporate policy when the move is finished with a storage facility we are no longer responsible once the doors are shut. I do apologize for any inconvenience, this may cause and your welcome to reply to this email and I can forward to our operations manager or call the office. I hope you have a great day! I have moved approximately 10 times in the last 12 years with my company, from project to project. This is by far, the worst move I've ever made.
