Two Men and a Truck-Austin

Hire them at your own risk. I had a horrible experience. When they quoted us they did not even ask us what we were moving even though we tried to tell them. They show up with only two guys, no masks, no precautionary measures to prevent spreading the virus. They tell us it will take 4-5 hours once they show up, and in 5 hours they were barely finishing moving the furniture even though we had already done half the work of disassembling everything and moving most of the boxes ourselves to prevent them from going over. When I decided to voice my concerns the manager and quality assurance manager decided to call me a list and would not listen to me. Worst customer service and the worst movers I have ever hired.

They scheduled the wrong moving day and they charged me for their mistake. Very unwilling to be reasonable. I explained it’s the last money I have because of the covid-19. I lost my job and still had no remorse and very rude. Don’t trust this moving company!

They arrived on time but after the supervisor left, before correcting them for not wrapping things properly and for not padding the door, they became a bit lazy and did not wrap my brand new last expensive item thus it arrived damaged on both legs. After they left I noticed a big hole at the bottom of the stairs on the freshly painted walls and this morning I noticed two big holes upstairs in the hallway. I'm sure I will notice much more damage as the day goes on. For the money it is not worth the poor service I received. I'm sure they notice all the holes they were creating and didn't say a word nor cared. Steer clear.

I cannot recommend two men and a truck enough. we just moved across the country and unfortunately decided to go with U-Haul for all of our moving needs, but were told about two men and a truck by our apartment complex and reached out to them for help unloading our trailer into our apartment once we got to our new home. Every single step of the way they were accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. We had nothing but issues with U-Haul which led to us having to change our plan several times and they worked with us each time without any hassle. When it came time to unload our stuff we found out we had forgotten our key 20 minutes away at our apartment and the two men and a truck team came up with an ingenious idea to get us access without us needing to run back to the apartment. It saved us time and saved me yet another meltdown from this incredibly stressful move! My only regret is that I did not choose to do our entire move with two men and a truck!

A couple of days ago, I hired this movers, they are really great, very professional and careful with your things. They wrap everything to protect it, tacking care about doing their job real well, they do their best. Chris and John the best team. Thank you so much. Super Recommended!!!
