Two Men and a Truck, Cedar Rapids IA

This was my first experience using a professional service for my move. Why I waited so long I will have to ponder for the rest of my days! From the first contact via email to originate a quote, to a phone call follow-up and especially to the two young men sent to do that physical stuff I have near zero interest in any longer...Excellence. When the truck backed into the drive and hit "park", both of the crew were moving with purpose. We walked the house to verify what was going, one hit the garage to get started there, the other grabbed a stack of furniture pads and a roll of shrink wrap which I truthfully hadn't expected, and got busy. The entire home, admittedly small, was on the truck and heading down the road in under an hour! Unloading was even more impressive if you can imagine that! First a nice runner was rolled out to protect our hardwood floors as much as possible, then each item made it's way to it's new home along with double and triple checks to be sure where we wanted it to be. Trust me, I rarely get excited about spending money but this, this was well worth the price I paid to have this done for me! I don't plan to ever move again, but then I never planned to move the other 6 times either. The next time if it happens though, I know who I am calling. Thanks guys!

Excellent service! I appreciate the decision made at the front of the job to bring another mover in rather than waiting until late in the move. Everything was moved with care. There was no damage. Everything was stacked and moved safely and then unloaded organized in our garage. The guys were friendly and arrived ready to work. Moving is NOT an easy job and this team did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again!!

I used Two Men and a Truck to move my mother from her home to an Assisted Living facility. While visiting a number of these facilities, Two Men movers were consistently recommended as a “preferred” mover. My moving crew (Zach and Mike), took special care to wrap, pack and move Mom’s furniture and other belongings, including a well-loved grandfather clock. And most importantly, everything arrived safely, efficiently and in good condition at our final destination! The front office staff (Kim and Deb) were also very helpful on my initial contact, a confirmation phone call on the day of the move and a follow-up call for feedback upon the completion of our move. What a great team from start to finish!
