Two Men and a Truck Hollywood, Ft Lauderdale FL

Unfortunately the service these guys provided was of poor quality. They arrived 45 minutes late and blew past the estimate time frame by well over two hours. They did not follow instruction resulting in thing that i asked to be discarded being loaded into storage. Additionally they let parts of furniture outside of the storage space, luckily i found it and was able to load it into the storage unit myself. While the customer service and professionalism were outstanding, the overall value was not worth it. I would not use them a second time.

What an amazing team. Tony and Terence- utterly professional. It was the rainiest day of the year. Leaving a landlord from the fiery place who totally tried to sabotage the smooth move.... and yet this team persevered and got through a foot of water in the driveway and a glass “screen” door hung backwards to place my furniture as if they were staging a million dollar home. Truly a life changing experience. Don’t ever read a book by it’s cover -Fantabulous T/T and a Truck! Forever grateful.

About a month ago, we hired Two Men and a Truck to move our entire house from Davie to Plantation. The move went smoothly and they were able to bust it out quickly, which I appreciated. We hired three movers and they seemed nice enough, or so I thought. Once I had completed unpacking, I started to realize that I was missing things...(mind you, I am a neat freak and VERY organized). Every single Christmas present we had purchased my 8 year old daughter was gone, along with a few other things. I called the company to see what could be done and was informed that because I signed that the truck was empty, there was nothing that could be done. Fast forward to today, and my husband is getting blown up by Miami police department stating that they had some of his belongings. We honestly thought it was a scam and couldn’t decide if we wanted to call them back or not. We were leaving to head to my daughters soccer practice, and there is a detective at our door stating that the specific man that was moving our stuff had stolen from MULTIPLE people and they found my husbands class ring at a pawn shop in Miami Gardens and had arrested this man. The worst part is that we don’t even know what he took from us besides the Christmas presents and class ring. And this company was not helpful at all. Sorry for the novel, but I don’t want anyone to have to experience this and end up losing something much more sentimental or important to them. Very disappointed to be experiencing this with such a reputable company.
