The estimated cost was fair. The estimated move details were comprehensive and detailed. The contact from office to movers as day approached was GREATLY APPRECIATED. THE MOVERS WERE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, CAREFUL AND JUST AWESOME. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT U.S. COMPANY FOUNDED BY A WOMAN WHO NEVER SACRIFICE QUALITY. GO GREEN

I've used Two Men and a Truck three times in the past couple of years. They've always shown up on time and done a great job moving our belongings. The movers have not wasted time to ensure the job is completed with additional cost. The movers have been friendly and professional. I will use them again.

I was making a charitable donation to a homeless woman with children who had just gotten a new apartment. I asked to have a sofa bed moved from one location to another, 5 miles apart. I was given a time frame of 1 pm to 7 pm for pickup and delivery. The drivers I spoke with were very nice. Alex, on the phone was very nice. On the day of delivery at 11:00AM, I received notification that the recipient would not be available to receive delivery after 4:30 PM. I called the company and left 2 messages, noting that there is no one in the office on Saturday, that if the delivery could not be accomplished by 4:30, then I would need to reschedule. No one returned my call. At 3:45 PM, I received a call from the drivers, again, very nice, saying they were 30 minutes out. At that point, I told them that we would not make the delivery in time. I was charged $267.00 for a delivery that never happened. I called on Monday and spoke with Alex to re-arrange delivery, again, very nice. He said he would speak with the owner to see what could be done. I have not heard anything back. I am now out $267.00 and still have a sofa bed waiting to be delivered.
