Set up an estimate appointment over a week ago with Amber and confirmed it with her on two separate occasions. I took off work early to be there in the 4:00-5:00 time window I was given. I call the office at 4:50 and I'm told the person is out of the office and Amber has no idea about the appointment I've spoken to her twice about. Almost two hours later I receive a voicemail saying sorry about missing you 'this morning'. I look at my missed calls and there was the same number at 11:40 but they never left a message. I returned the call one minute after the voicemail was left and Bill suddenly isn't able to pick up the phone. Such an unorganized and lazy operation just in the sales department, I can only imagine how their actual moving is done. We decided to go with the company that actually returned calls and showed up for scheduled appointments.
