Two Men And A Truck-Norwalk

Two Men and a Truck were very professional and efficient and I would hire them again. The doorways in our new home were narrow and it was difficult to get the couches through. Our movers took a lot of time working to get them through. We removed a door to do so and they stayed after the move and helped my husband put the door back on. They took good care of our things and were very fast and efficient.

The moving team was by far the best I have ever encountered. The team worked well, they were polite, friendly, considerate and extremely professional. They knew how furniture would fit through openings and they were very on point. They cared about my things and went above and beyond to ensure everything arrived safely. I do think they should be a bit more on the money (no pun intended) in regards to the estimate given. Requesting bit more detail would go a long way. Overall, I would use them again.

I had a great experience with the team that came out to conduct the move. They were professional, polite, on time and moved quickly. There was little to no chit-chat, nothing was broken and the move was completed in less time than expected. As far as moving office storage product, it was as pleasurable an experience as one could have.

We had a great experience moving with Two Men and a Truck from a condo in Norwalk to a house in Fairfield. I was nervous finding a moving company because it seems like all the reviews online (for most companies) skew to the negative. I really liked the initial process of setting up my move--the online system is really easy and Rick from the office called me within minutes of submitting my request. He assured me that all their movers are full-time employees of the company and they receive constant training and incentives to work quickly and efficiently. All in all, I was put at ease. Our 4-men team led by Julian showed up within the window as expected and after a quick walkthrough they got to work loading up the truck with our boxes and breaking down and wrapping all our furniture pieces. Each of them were pleasant, positive, and even super efficient and competent. They were all done within 2 hours. We met them at the house and Julian expertly backed the truck up our long hill of a driveway. It was pretty impressive. They unloaded all of our belongings exactly where we wanted, even leaving a few pieces we need to sell expertly arranged in our garage so that we can still fit a car in there. We were quoted for a 7-8 hour move and the team finished in 5.5 hours. Also, it was a bitterly cold day (hovering around ~20 degrees) and the team worked like it was summer. I have no idea how they did it. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of movers!
