They came out to do a job, scratched the wall hit the chandler and then quit the job in the third middle of it and left.

The office team was polite and professional. We had a lot of heavy furniture, a steep driveway and we moved on a rainy day. The moving team was efficient and careful. They moved all our furniture without incident. All our furniture was wrapped before it left the house avoiding any damage from the rain or from the truck. I would use them again.

Avoid this moving company! I was scheduled to move today according to ALL my paperwork, but no one showed up at the allotted load time. I call and the receptionist tells me that I’m actually on the schedule for tomorrow. I finally get a call back from Steve, who basically tries to turn the blame around on me. They took no responsibility for the error and didn’t even attempt to make it right. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they offer less than the amount it cost for the babysitter- let alone the lost wages for my husband and me. I then cancel the move altogether to go with a different company and they “have to talk to management” to see if they can issue a refund for my deposit!!! Horrible management and horrible service. There were errors at every turn! We used this company to move 4 years ago and they were fantastic. On-time, professional and a breeze to deal with. Not sure what has happened, but we will never use them again.

Calvin and Dominic were excellent and the service was superb! I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in reputable company moving their valuables at great affordable prices and won’t damage your things.

I would not recommend their services. We had an out of state move. The movers were rude after we provided them with a free lunch. They didn’t move all of the items on the inventory, we paid for wardrobes and they brought boxes. Several boxes that were clearly labeled fragile were beaten and upside down. They didn’t bring all of the parts to one of the beds leaving things in chaos. They pulled out a cable line from above the street and left without attempting to call and get it taken care of it. The trucks were not packed but merely items just thrown on the truck.When we called to office to inform them of our issues (with pictures), they told us they would call us back. A different person called back who was unaware of the issues we had called them about previously. They never addressed our issues and never called back to discuss our pictures or the fact all of our things were not moved. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Don’t waste your time or money or you will be sorry!!!
