Two Men And A Truck, Suwanee GA

We had Two Men and a Truck do a very local move in Suwanee. I can’t say enough good things about our crew. They were efficient, nice, helpful...just great. Took care to wrap every piece of furniture. I highly recommend this group. Best money I’ve spent in a long while (and I thought their prices were reasonable).

I scheduled my move easily and was very impressed - but the day of my move, nobody ever showed OR called me with any details/explanations. It took the office 2 days to get back to me, and they offered no explanation or apology. Their solution was to take $100 off my bill. The movers they sent out were fantastic - but the office/management was terrible.

We went with Two Men and a Truck because they were able to accommodate us on relatively short notice for our move. We originally had 3 movers until the day before our move. We received a call stating that something happened (family emergency, I think) and we would be down to two movers. They asked if this was okay - was there any other choice, really? If I said no, they’d probably try and reschedule me which wouldn’t help. The two movers who showed up were good. Their names were DeShaun and Michael. Both were good workers but there were some issues. One of them scratched our floor at our previous house. He brought in the patio furniture and put it on the floor inside the house. No idea why he would do such a thing. We later found out that they dinged our washed and dryer too which bother us greatly since they are new. The low review is partially based off of the above comments, but also because Lydia messaged me after our move. She stated that they attempted to call me but I never saw my phone ring or have anything show up as a missed call. Additionally, I told her that there were some damages. She stated that “management” would be in touch. That was weeks ago. No call of any kind. All of this happened on February 7, 2019. They talk a good game, but they don’t follow through with what they say they will do. If I were moving again, I’d look elsewhere. Especially if you want your stuff to get there undamaged. Yes, things happen, but when they do, step up and make it right.
