Worst run operation I’ve ever seen. Waited more 2 hours after checking in to get the truck. And it wasn’t for a lack of trucks in the lot

The vehicles oil change light was on which I mean that happens; but the vehicles skid light kept coming on and it kept wanting to take the vehicles steering wheel to the right. I talked with the manager she gave me $30 refund. Now I was only moving one item not that heavy like 100lbs; but imagine if I had loaded that vehicle heavier would the vehicles steering wheel be even harder for it to not take me right off the road. I used this vehicle on the back roads of Pembroke and East Bridgewater no highways and this vehicle was doing this I can only imagine if it was on the highway. Not satisfied at all with my experience here. Need to keep your vehicles maintained. Sorry for the lengthy comment; but in this instance this is a big safety hazard. I would like a full refund but if not that's fine but I will not be coming back here or recommending this location to anyone.

I had a hitch installed. The service was fantastic. The job was done in a couple of hours. The staff was great and friendly.
