To: Charlie I understand you are Jacqueline's employer!! My review has to do with one of your Uhaul Representatives, Jacqueline!! I had never been to this location before but when I called and spoke to Jacqueline days before my scheduled move, I felt like we'd known each other for years!! Her pleasant, bright, and eager-to-help personality was sooo refreshing!! I explained what I needed in detail and asked if she would be there for my rental so I wouldn't have to repeat the details all over again? Guess what? Jacqueline said: 'I'm off that day but will ask my boss if he could put me on schedule so I can be here for you!!' WHAT??? SUPERB Customer Service!! I was immediately sold and put at ease that my rental process would go smoothly.

I got to the counter, she took all of my credentials for processing my contract and I was on my way but not until Jacqueline fulfilled a request for an additional dolly to make the experience more expeditious since I had two movers so they each had a dolly to move my things!! I returned the truck late on Saturday dropped off the key and realized I needed an extra day which I didn't hesitate to reschedule by revisiting my Uhaul account and I also spoke to the answering service to schedule a 2nd truck for today Sunday 12/15/24!!

I called today and spoke with 'Louis' who was very personable and polite and helpful. I'm told he and Jacqueline enjoy working together because they both like a clean store which was clearly evident upon arrival!!! ?

The customer service at Uhaul Somerdale is bar none the highest caliber of Customer Service I've seen in a very long time!! I will definitely spread the word to my friends & family!!!

I told Jacqueline you guys need to 'clone her' because she is a definite asset to your company!!
And Louis is a very close second!!! Thanks for servicing my Rental needs in excellence ?

I reserved the truck online and everything was as expected when I arrived to pick it up. Returning was an easy process as well. Everything was perfect

My Mom and I went to this uhaul to rent a vehicle. My mother and I got the vehicle but when returning we were introduced to a extremely rude customer service representative. While my mother asked questions to confirm when the vehicle was due back the customer service representative ended up hanging up the phone. We then decided to just take the uhaul vehicle back. Once we arrived the customer service representative immediately began arguing. My Mom and I stayed calm and he began to get angrier. He then started yelling at me for simply telling him the trouble he has caused us. While yelling at me he walks towards the door and told me ' we can settle this outside/like men'. So this customer service representative on top of yelling and arguing with us he also challenged me to a fight. He is a heavy weight black man looks around mid 30's to early 40's. The other customer service representative told us his name is 'Willie Louis' but not sure if that is true or not. I did not react to his challenge but that is harassment and you also could say a threat. This is not a good representation of Somerdale, the neighborhood I lived at my whole life. This was complete threatening harassment and needs to be looked into. Because if I was hot headed like him this could be a completely different situation right now.

Clean, working trucks, with great staff. Good Money ?
