I used U Pack recently to move from CA to MO and they were great and the most affordable option out there if you plan to move out of state especially CA. As soon as I reserved I received a super clear and easy to follow Move Plan which explained how it worked and who to contact every step of the way. The drivers on both ends were very friendly and answered any questions we had about the truck and tips on how to old so everything arrives safely. We drove to MO and it was great to have peace of mind knowing our stuff would arrive and we didn’t have to haul ourselves. The only downside is it does take 10 BUSINESS days to get your truck so if your in a rush you might get impatient.

This was a much more affordable option for moving across the country compared to in-home estimates we received. My biggest complaint is that when we received the truck the ramp was too heavy for my husband and I to lift and load back into the truck. The ladder is also too tall to be placed in the truck without taking up storage space. I don't believe the customer should be expected to lift this. When I called customer service about this issue they shared no understanding or apologies to this. This required us to use our own tools to take the ladder apart so we could utilize the entire storage space and secure the ladder back into the truck for pickup.

We received our loaded truck later than the estimated time frame and the female representative at the destination center in Fort Myers, FL was rude on the phone when requesting updates. However, we did receive all of our items safely and a much more affordable matter. I would use their services again with the expectation to not rely on estimated arrival dates for planning purposes and to need professional assistance with the ladder.
