U-Pack

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Proceed with caution with this company! U-Pack told me they would contract with ABF as the transport company and that they would also contract with movers to provide the labor. I provided the movers with 40 mover's blankets, multiple other rugs and blankets, 3000' of wrap to protect the furniture and labeled every box as to contents and fragility. Every item in the boxes were extensively wrapped with bubble wrap and packing paper. The furniture went into storage for two months and the ABF people at the Sparks location were rude and not at all helpful when I was trying to get the trailer delivered. The moving labor U-Pack contracted with to load my belongings badly damaged nearly every piece of solid oak furniture and many of the boxes, including crushing them by stacking too high. Wedding china smashed, etc.! When I submitted photos and narrative regarding the damages, they said it wasn't their problem even though they were the ones who arranged for the moving labor. I have thousands of dollars in damage to my furniture!

Everything about my u-pack experience was wonderful! Where do I start. Well, reserving was a great person to talk with. When I loaded myself I could pull the uhaul right up to the back so it was quick and simple. When I picked up my load everyone was so nice. I was charged exactly what was said and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. If I move again I will only use them. I can't express enough about what a great experience it was. Especially during such a stressful time and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend them!
