I had a difficult situation with my move. Had to ship my belongings with 20FT container to my home country. These guys are great, professional. After I called them, their representative showed up in 30 minutes at my place. We negotiated a plan of the and U.Santini team executed 100%. All according to the presented quote. The only extra expenses were tip to the loading team. I am very greatfull to these people. I highly recommend this company to cooperate with.

U. Santini came highly recommended to us from a family member so we chose them despite the high quote because of the assurances we received of their professionalism and reliability. We've had bad movers break things before. Turns out U Santini doesn't break things, they just lose them completely. Upon arriving and unboxing, we realized that one bag was missing -- the bag containing a lifetime collection of jewelry. It wasn't fragile and we'd watched it leave the house with the other suitcases that we had packed at the apartment we were moving out of so we trusted the team to move it safely. We noticed it was missing that night and called U. Santini repeatedly but they just kept telling us to check the apartment again. We had completely unpacked already, and the bag was nowhere in the apartment. I called them for the 8th time over two weeks to talk about the missing bag and see if they found it on the truck, they hadn't. It took countless repetitions to make clear that this wasn't just any bag but that it had all my jewelry in it and their response eventually was "Oh no wow I didn't know that shoot are you sure? Wow. Well we can only offer you 30 cents a pound." I submitted a claim and got a call a week or two later saying that because I didn't log the bag on their papers U.Santini didn't owe me anything. At no point did they ask me to log anything on any paper. Or ask about the value of anything I was moving. I've had bad movers break things, but I've never had something just disappear en route! I didn't think I needed to point out that everything should make it from Point A to Point B. You're movers. It's in your name. Would never recommend this company to anyone moving anything worth more than 30 cents a pound.

Mario and his team were professional, on time, friendly and took great care with our belongings. The best part of the experience, however, was the superior level of communication. From the estimate process in which they came to our place to take and inventory and discuss our needs, to the packing and moving team who explained everything they were doing and listened closely to our needs, I found their customer service to be outstanding. I highly recommend U. Santini and would definitely use them again.

First and foremost I'd like to say that this was the first time I ever used a moving company in my life! Santini's service exceeded my expectations in every way possible! I called Santini to gather information for my move, they must have been busy providing excellent service to others since I had to leave a message AND GUESS WHAT, THEY ACTUALLY CALL PEOPLE BACK!! I received a call from a gentleman named Dan in 10 minutes. Dan was extremely professional and knowledgable, he answered all of my questions and reassured me in all the fears I had. Dan followed up with me every few days to see if I had any additional questions or if I had finally decided on a moving date, he broke down all of my options and explained to me how Santini works from A-Z. After about a week I contacted Dan and purchased boxes, since I had never done this before he sent me a number of boxes in different sizes based on all of the information I had given him and his professional opinion. The very next day all of the boxes were delivered and Dan had hit the nail on the head with the amount of boxes I would need (which I found out once I began packing). About 3 days later we finally had a moving date and I contacted Dan once again! He was always happy to help. We set a date and he took down all of my information. The morning of, he called me to confirm they would still be arriving at the time we planned and I confirmed. Mario, Patrick and Bobby arrived at my home and continued the display of professionalism and quality in which Dan had shown. They asked me a few questions, I signed some papers and we began. They took the utmost care of all my things and worked fast and steady since NYC has limitations in the times in which people can move in and out. Patrick, Bobby and Mario were very nice, we would occasionally converse all while remaining focused on the task at hand. Patrick even went as far as grabbing my sons left over toys amongst other things on the floor and putting them in boxes. Once we arrived in our new apartment Patrick, Bobby and Mario were extremely careful (since it was a newly constructed building) They took very good care of the property and my brand new light wood floors. They even unpacked the wardrobe boxes and hung my clothes in the closets as well as set up my husbands complete office. I couldn't be happier! They would have done more however my OCD kicked in! HA! (I like to organize my own things) :) All 4 gentlemen I interacted with at Santini were wonderful people! I will recommend them to every single person! They helped me so much during a stressful and difficult move. Thank you guys for making this move with a toddler such a great experience! Happy Holidays!!!
