I was driving along the highway down here in Florida and one of their trucks try to run me off the road because I wasn’t going fast enough!!! The truck number was 40676. You should be ashamed of yourself!

The bridge clearance bad review is what I am addressing, I own my own auto transport firm, it is not fair to say United Road does not pay attention to bridge heights, as a company, you can bet they emphasize it. Any individual driver can either make an error, run into a snow covered road that diminishes the clearance or without question can be such an undeveloped individual as to not pay attention ever or not care. But as a company, they care more than they could ever say.

would strongly recommend you stay away from using this company. they make promises, that they cannot fulfill and then just make excuses.

Saw a United Road truck in my area and needed my son’s car transported from Duluth, MN to Bellingham, WA. Reached out to United Road and was connected with Abe Pilkington. Abe was very helpful, always responded to emails and questions. Although the quote was higher than others, the service I was receiving was good so I decided to pay a little more(few hundred dollars). The car was picked up on 12/13 and delivered 12/22. If I ever happen to need to transport a car again, I will definitely use United Road. Majestic Towing in MN and Coleman Towing in WA also assisted with the transport and were hired by United Road. Those two towing companies were also helpful and responsive! Thanks to all of you.
