The team that picked up my items and that delivered them did a great job. Would absolutely use this service again. Also, got a quick quote, better pricing than the competition, had good communication and the team showed up and delivered on the dates that were quoted. Good experience.

It was a really great experience - straight forward , honest- fair pricing. My grandmothers dining room set was shipped from Rockford IL to Atlanta GA and delivered in perfect condition. Thank you Tom and your moving team. The dining set is very special to me and I so happy I chose Universal.

We hired Tom's service to facilitate two cross country moves. Tom beat the other competitor's prices, found a way to accommodate our schedule, offered to hold our belongings for a few days in order to allow us enough time to travel to our new house and delivered everything safely and on time.
