We had a multi-stage move with some unique situations and they were so great every step of the way, ensuring that our belongings (and sanity) made it to its final destination. When our driver, Scott Fisher from University Moving, first entered our home in Cincinnati, we were immediately put at ease. We could tell that he was definitely the right guy to be in charge of our move to the Indianapolis area. He was very professional, experienced, courteous, listened to us and most importantly was very careful and meticulous throughout the 3-day moving process. He was in charge of hand-picking his own crew and did an outstanding job with that. Everything went well all three days (packing, loading, unloading) … we could not have asked for a better outcome. I want to thank three very important people that worked diligently to ensure that our move went smoothly. Mark Bruns is Vice President and is also the gentleman who came to give us the original estimate. He is the first one we met from University and because of him, we were pretty much sold on the company immediately. Bev Davenport is a Moving Management Specialist (Coordinator) and tracked everything during the move. Noah Schechter is located at their company headquarters in MI and is multi-talented, with his primary responsibility/title being Relocation Specialist, but he also gets involved with the customer to provide a good experience.
