I had an excellent experience with University Moving. I just relocated my one bedroom apartment about 4.5 hour distance. I can’t comment on the price, because I was very fortunate to have my new employer cover the cost. However, from start to finish this was the best move I’ve ever had! As a single person without help due to COVID, I was really stressed about this move. Susan helped coordinate everything and called me on both the move out and move in days to check in with me and make sure that everything was going smoothly. All of my interactions with her were incredibly clear and professional. They were able to do a virtual walk through which was great during this time and very easy. Brandon and his team were phenomenal! I have a lot of stuff and several pieces of antique furniture. They treated all of my belongings with care and respect and they treated me with care and respect. I felt like they were really invested in helping to make the move as stress free as possible. Brandon even worked with me to find a delivery time that was best for me. They were all incredibly professional and kind. Move in day turned out to be a really hot and humid one - in addition, there was a long walk from the truck to my new home. They went above and beyond to get me moved in quickly and never made me feel guilty or bad about the situation. I’m really grateful to the whole company and I would recommend their services to anyone I know. Thank you!

I was able to contact driver via phone . Professional workers on both ends. Steve said what day and time he would be there and he was on time. The move from MI to AZ went seamlessly and all my furniture was put back together for use that day. I am amazed how Steve did all this. My driver is the best. He was kind, patient with my questions because it was my first move so far. Very funny sense of humor and anticipated a lot of my concerns. I would use University Moving and Storage in a heartbeat.

Tristin and Jacob arrived 30 minutes early, were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They got straight to work, clearly explained everything, and took care of everything within 4 hours. Would be happy to use University Moving and Storage again anytime!

University Moving and Storage were the best movers I have had!! Tristin, the driver and his two brothers, Jacob and Jarad were not only so polite and respectful but were super hard workers who were careful with my stuff, and I had a lot of stuff! Not only were they on time, courteous, respectful and helpful they were lightning fast. They had me totally moved from storage unit to the last box in my home within 4 hours! These guys were the best of the best! Also, the manager Angelo was super helpful and answered all of my questions and returned calls or emails promptly. Other than a little glitch in the arrival time from office staff, I was emailed it would be 9 am and the driver was told 8 am I can't say one thing negative. I would use them again in a heartbeat and so should you!!

Crew members Tristin and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They were polite and professional and put all of my items where I needed them. No headaches, no fuss. I highly recommend University Moving and Storage.
