UPakWeShip makes it really easy and affordable to organise DIY packing and shipping internationally. We used them for an international move from Florida to Australia. A few days after our crates were picked up in our home city, we got email confirmation that our shipment had arrived at UPakWeShip’s Charleston terminal. They then advised when space was reserved on a ship, and then again when the items were expected to depart the port. At that time they also provided an expected landing date in Australia. About 10 days after the ship departed, we received notice from the moving company affiliate on the Australian end (Conroys), who asked us to confirm delivery instructions. We got a sense for time estimates from other customer reviews and knew it would be ~3 months in transit. We received delivery in Australia exactly 11 weeks from our pickup date in the US (East Coast). Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. From the beginning, communication was excellent, receiving prompt and informative emails about each step in the process, from signing a contract, paying a deposit, organising forms for customs and insurance, and awaiting pickup. The movers/trucks we dealt with at both ends were courteous, prompt, and professional.

They assisted every step of the way and were available constantly to answer all of my questions. Moving to another country is difficult so they make it a lot easier.

Shipping to Europe and selected the option to pack at the Charleston Terminal. The entire process on the Charleston end could not have been better. All the staff I dealt with online were a pleasure to deal with. They were very prompt answering questions, and made doing all the paperwork very straightforward. If you follow their tips and advice online I was able to get all my stuff packed myself at the warehouse in about half an hour for my 50 crate. Their warehouse staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Hopefully I won't have to ship overseas after this but I would 100% use them again.

Excellent for a move from the US to Sweden. They handled everything quite well, delivered all my stuff unharmed, and their agent on this end (James) helped an unbelievably tremendous amount when dealing with the local bureaucracy. I'd absolutely use them again.
