Had 5 u-crate 100s shipped door to door - From Redondo Beach CA, USA to Dortmund Germany. Not one thing broke. Nothing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I packed the crates myself and expected some loss. Nope. The crates looked exactly the way i saw them last. You are the best. You are using the best freight forwarders. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stay away from this company. The service was wonderful until they received payment and then all the hidden fees were presented. Alicia Hawk was very friendly until she received her commission and then she ignored all my emails and phone calls after that. The only good thing was that my goods arrived within the promised time frame but with many issues on the way and a lot more expensive than the initial quote. And the agent James Read in Europe who took over from the office in the US was dumb as a box of rocks! Do not choose this company.

I honestly believe this is one of the cheapest ways to ship things internationally, but we did not anticipate everything that it would entail: -The final door-to-door price was a good bit more than the initial estimated price. -Our shipping container had a rancid smell (presumably from a prior shipment) that left some of our stuff with a bad stench. -Our container was delayed twice. This would not have been a big deal, except that we had to rearrange a parking spot for the container a few times. The parking arrangements are not included in the total price. -Our container was "randomly" x-rayed by customs and we had to pay an extra $400 charge. -We shipped our things in December. Because of the holiday season we did not get the exact pickup date that we wanted. Overall the employees seem willing to respond to questions, and they were never rude in any way. I do wish I would have known about these things before booking the shipment. Some stuff is just inherent in the shipping process, but I do believe we were unlucky to experience all of these unfortunate events in a single shipment.
