The person I have been working with works late and is responsive to your questions. If he says he is doing something or going to do something, he will. We are in the middle of moving a 40' container to the Philippines. Miro has been with us each step of the way. We were at first wary, especially of wiring money before we received services. Now , one month before we ship (lord willing) he is absolutely in contact with people around the globe. We have had some issues that he is taking initiative to help us solve. Team effort. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I love that they gave me a quote after seeing my apartment so there were no surprises. Miro and the crew were extremely professional, and on time which is half the battle! They moved quickly and even helped us wrap large items like our table and furniture.
