Every single interaction we had with USA Family Moving, from Nikki and John in the office to Jesse and Larry on site, was beyond incredible! We normally don't take time to write reviews but the service this team provided warranted a glowing review and much more. Nikki and John both took the time to walk us through our best options and were open and up front about what would bring us the biggest cost savings which we greatly appreciated. They were quick and knowledgeable to respond to our questions and concerns which is so important when entrusting others to pick up and move your whole life. Jesse and Larry arrived promptly and thought of every detail! They wrapped and double wrapped furniture to ensure it's safe arrival to our new home. Not only that but they were amazingly speedy, professional and responsive to our needs. Upon arriving at our new home they carefully laid down floor runners to ensure no damage and then carefully unwrapped each of our most cherished pieces, asking us to inspect them for any possible damage for which there was none! We cannot recommend the USA Family Moving team enough! Thank you!

Awesome First Rate Professional Movers. From the first phone call to the completed move I could not be happier. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone. I had a very tricky winding staircase and it did not slow the workers down at all.

Hello. I had a very good experience. The reason I picked you (other than the good reviews I read) is that I had to have my items stored overnight. The other guys wanted to unload the trucks, put it in storage (for 12 hours!) and then load it back up again. More moving means more money spent and more of a chance for damage. This was a dumb move. With you, my truck was secured and then came back right on time after I closed on my new house. The crew for both days were fun to work with and did a good job protecting my big TV (85") and my glass coffee tables and other precious cargo. I would recommend your company. Moving is stressful, this made it less so.
