Brad the owner is obviously suffering a mental illness. Made a reservation and established a price but at the end of our conversation he said to go elsewhere and hung up on me. I am completely confused on what or if I said anything to get this response. I complained to Uhaul and they are warning their staff about this owners erratic behavior. I would not trust this man mental status. Hiring labor through the college directly. Hope the owner finds some help. But that’s not how you treat people, any further issues I hope people continue to complain to Uhaul as they said if happens again they stop referring to Valley Moving & Storage.
