They called me in advance giving me a time window between 8 a.m. and noon I rush to my house at 7:30 to find my 250 lb massage chair left on my lawn and I am unable to get it in my house.

had this company move us locally and cannot rave enough about them. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more professional, courteous, and overall wonderful experience from the crew. Our move included 3 flights of stairs at the loading end and another 2 flights at the delivery end, toppled with 90 degree heat and accumulation of 15 years of stuff I am just so thrilled it went so well. Not once did they complain and even managed to keep a sense of humor 9 hours into our move. Everything showed up in the exact same condition as it left my house. I ordered a mattress through amazon. It was supposed to be delivered 7/25. After failing to deliver the first time around due to an issue getting access on a military installation, I called to figure out when my package would be rescheduled for delivery. They initially took my name and number, but then never called me back. I continued leaving voicemails, but the company has yet to call me back. As of 7/30, I still have not received my mattress. (only giving it one start because I have to) as an update, they failed to deliver a second time (same reason as before) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF YOU'RE A REGIONAL CARRIER, DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANY LOCAL DELIVERIES!!

If it was possible to give this company a negative 0 I would. I NEVER write reviews but I am furious and this has been the WORST experience I have ever ever encountered so the world should know about it. They rescheduled delivering and assembling our 1 item 3 times and it is still not completed. The first time they said someone quit and rescheduled the following week and promised to have it delivered and assembled. They delivered it but when I came home it was never assembled when I spent over 120 for it to be done. I called several times, no answers, no call backs after leaving 2 voicemails. I then called from a different numbered and they finally answered and had 0 explanation. They said they could have someone come in 2 days to assemble and surprise surprise it is still not done. I called back no explanation and the women who answered the phone was completely rude saying "I understand and hung up" that was it. No apologies or ANYTHING!? BEWARE.

Update: Since the original delivery issues they have delivered other items without any problems. Subsequent deliveries have gone well. Still no idea where the original 200lb vanities x2 went. Have video on the ring doorbell of them ringing and not making delivery. Then they said they delvered 2 vanities both over 200 lbs but never did. They sent Wayfair a signed delivery receipt which obviously is fraud. Called them several times and they said they were looking for the items. After the last call they said it would be delivered the next day and nothing came after my wife was stuck at home waiting all afternoon. I had to call Wayfair and they said they would send 2 more vanities. Unfortunately it is supposed to be the same delivery company. We will see if it ever arrives. This company is either incompetent or thieves. How do you loose 2 items which are several hundred pounds each.
