Furniture from Wayfair was scheduled to be delivered today 3/15/19 between 2pm-6pm. No phone call, no email, no furniture. And now they’re closed for the night and weekend. So should my wife or I stay home from work Monday and hope we don’t lose our jobs while waiting for the possibility of this company showing up whenever they want? This place is a joke. Bravo.

I ordered 4 bedroom sets, living room set, and a dining set all through Wayfair. First time home buyer so I bought everything new. I called this company since they would be the one to deliver every item to see if they could come on a Saturday. I spoke to Nick the owner and he was very accommodating. Told me he’d send his best crew on the delivery. Albert and Mel. Those guys came, assembled everything! They were awesome! I could definitely tell these guys worked with each other a long time and why they’re the best. Next thing I order from Wayfair I hope it’s this company that delivers it.

so this company got subbed on 2/5/19 to deliver a large purchase from an Amazon shipper.on 2/6 i set up the delivery for 2/8 ,nothing was delivered and phone calls not returned, this item sat in the vms wearhouse for 10 days. in the mean time I canceled the order because of the product being taken hostage by vms. as of today 2/16/19 my refund still has not been paid because v ms still have not returned the product so by Monday 2/18 if it has not been processed for refund I will be filing charges with the nysp and the dutchess county da for theft.
